ELECTRONIC & ROBOTICS CLUB
Meeting today at lunch time in Mr. Allred's room. Come fly the drones and help plan for the Spring Bash. Pancake and eggs lunch. All Electronics Club officers and Electronic students invited.
Is anyone missing a coat – shoes – various clothing – even hair? Please come and check out the Lost and Found at the office. In the next few days it will be bagged up and sent to the DI.
Key Club meeting the last 10 minutes of lunch TODAY in Mrs. Crossley's room. We will discuss service opportunities and our February activity.
All Senior Boys – who among you will be the next Mr. PHS? Sign up at the office to participate. It will be on March 8th.
If you are interested in engineering or computer science, you should sign up for Utah State’s Engineering State. It will be held at USU June 6-9. Students must register by March 18. See counselors for more info.
ISU TECH EXPO
Thursday March 17. This event showcases how College of Technology programs connect to job opportunities. If you would like to attend please sign up in the counseling office.
WOMEN AND WORK CONFERENCE
Wednesday March 9 at ISU, learn about occupations in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math. Students get the chance to do hands on career exploration. Cost is $10 and includes lunch. See a counselor to sign up.
HISPANIC LEADERSHIP CONFERENCE AT USU
Friday February 26- Hispanic students interested in developing leadership skills and learning about the importance of leadership in higher education. It is free to attend, but students must sign up. See counselors for more info.
Seniors need to submit/share a baby picture, senior picture and any other pictures for the senior slideshow on Onedrive to Mikayla Belew. If you don’t send a senior picture, the one from the yearbook will be used. Please get all pictures sent in by Friday.
Black light stag dance TONIGHT after the ball game with Pocatello. 9 – 11 PM. Admission is $3 without t-shirt - $6 with a t-shirt.
Sweetheart Dance (Girl’s Choice) – February 13th
Semi Formal – same as homecoming (which means boys wear best dress, girls wear formal wear) – Tickets are $15 if purchased at the office, $20 at the door. You will need to complete a guest pass if you are bringing someone from another school
Preston's FAFSA Fill-out Night is scheduled for February 4th, from 6-8 p.m., in the media center. Graduating seniors and their parents are invited! If you're planning to get any kind of training after high school, then you should fill out the FAFSA--the Free Application for Federal Student Aid! You can do this in less than an hour. Find out if YOU qualify for Pell Grant money.
Bring along your Social Security card and any 2015 W-2's for yourself and your parents.
