HIGH SCHOOL RODEO
Come out to the high school rodeo this weekend. It will be at the Preston Rodeo Arena, Friday starting @ 5:00 and @ 10:00 AM on Saturday.

USU is hosting a Scholars Day for high-achieving juniors on Friday, May 20th. These students will get a sneak preview of world changing research projects and what the USU Honors Program has to offer. See counselors for registration instructions or questions.

Attention National Honor Society Members: Our last meeting/closing social will be held during lunch next Wednesday, May 11th. You will be nominating and voting on next year's presidency also. Please start considering who you might nominate or have nominate YOU if you are interested in one of the 4 presidency positions. Those who are elected will need to attend the Induction ceremony that night at 7 p.m. so keep that date and time open in case you are elected!!
RISING STARS SOFTBALL
A new softball league for mentally & physically challenged youth from 6th – 12th grade is being organized. We are looking for students (7th – 12th grade) to help. Each special needs player will have a volunteer buddy who will commit to teach and help players learn and enjoy the game of softball. If you are interested in being a part, please pick up a registration form at the office or contact Olivia Cannon.
If you know you need to attend summer school, please pick up an application from your counselor.
The Sci-Fi Club Art Contest is underway. Entries can be in any medium (pastel, clay, paint, digital, sketching, etc.) but must be Sci- Fi or Fantasy themed. Must be school appropriate with minimal gore. They are due TODAY and must be turned in to Mr. Ormond or one of the Sci-Fi/Fantasy presidency. Good luck!
