ELECTRONICS & ROBOTICS CLUB
All members and those who would like to join and participate in the Electronics & Robotics club activities are welcome to our meeting at lunch time today.

FFA PARKING LOT
STUDENTS, if you are parking in the lot by the ag building, DO NOT park in the handicap spots or the ones designated for teachers. You will be ticketed.
Preston High School’s musical this year is Annie and performances will be TODAY, Friday, Saturday and Tuesday, November 15th. Performances start @ 7:00 PM each night and cost is $6 for adults and $4 for students. Everyone come out and support our students.
Those interested in joining BPA, the last day to pay the $25 dues will be Thursday, November 17. Please pay your dues at the office and take your receipt to Mrs. Larsen (Room 109). Also, there will be a mandatory meeting for all BPA members and those interested in joining, the last 15 minutes of lunch next Wednesday, November 16 in Mrs. Larsen’s Room (Room 109).
TODAY after school Mr. Allred will be doing weight assessments. This is required of all boys who are planning on wrestling this year.
There is also a meeting for all wrestlers @ 4:15.
The Bureau of Land Management will be here on Tuesday, Nov 15 at 1:00 to talk to graduating seniors interested in fighting fires over the summer. This is a challenging but rewarding summer job with positions all-throughout South-East Idaho.
The Sci-Fi club is sponsoring the 4th Annual Short Story Writing Contest. Entries must be turned in to Mr. Ormond no later than December 1st. Stories must be 3-10 pages long with minimal gore and NO foul language. Must be an original piece; NO fan fiction will be accepted. Winners will be announced at the Christmas assembly and cash prizes will be given for the top 3 stories. Good luck and may the odds be ever in your favor!
National Honor Society Members remember to show up at the Robinson Building this Friday 9-12 a.m. or 2 - 4 p.m. and/or Saturday 10 - 12 a.m. and/or 5 p.m. until the dinner is over. You can collect up to 5 service hours for this project.
TEDDY BEAR PROJECT
Lewiston State Bank is having a stuffed-animal drive to benefit children who are victims of abuse and traumatic experiences and donating them to the Family Place and CAPSA. Please bring an unused, new stuffed animal by December 8th to the office or take it to the local Lewiston State Bank branch.

Seniors! Are you interested in Utah State University? Don’t forget about the USU Open House on Wednesday, November 9th at the Logan Campus in the Taggart Student Center Ballroom from 6-8 PM. This is a great opportunity to visit with the admissions and scholarship office, learn more about majors, financial aid and scholarship possibilities, and on-campus housing. Don’t forget your transcripts and ACT scores because USU will be awarding academic scholarships on the spot to those who qualify! See you next Wednesday!
Apply now for the Idaho Science and Aerospace Scholars (ISAS) program! This Dual Credit online course will guide you through the history and internal functions of NASA space exploration and Idaho STEM professions. Students will explore STEM careers and interact with Idaho scientists, engineers, and other STEM professionals. Applications are due November 18. See counselors for more info.
