FCCLA-Congratulations to Kelli Harris for winning Gold for her presentation on Body Image at FCCLA District STAR (Students Taking Action with Recognition) Events.
She is eligible to compete at the State competition in Boise.

As part of FFA week, there are 20 hidden FFA emblems around the school. Find one, take it to Mr. Crossley’s room and get a prize.
All girls interested in trying out for softball this year, there will be a meeting in Mr. Ormond's room on Thursday at 4:05pm. We will discuss expectations and procedures for tryouts as well as the season. Tryouts will be held on Friday February 24 from 9-10:30am for Seniors and Juniors, then from 10:30am-noon for Freshmen and Sophomores. We will also hold a joint tryout on Saturday from 9-11am. See you then!
Boys soccer team will be having lunch at the Preston CITY Library on TODAY.
Spring and summer announcements/plans will take place.
All players from Fall 2016 season are invited.
There will be a preseason track and field meeting for all Seniors and Juniors today after school. Tomorrow will be a Sophomore meeting and Thursday will a Freshmen meeting. All meetings will be right after school in Coach Lyon's room. If you cannot make it to your meeting you need to talk to Coach Lyon or Coach Taylor ASAP. First practice is this Friday at 9am. We will also have practice Saturday morning at 9am.
USU COMMUNITY NIGHT
USU is having their annual Community Night on Thursday, February 23rd, 6:00 – 8:30 PM, and the Taggart Student Center. There is free parking and a shuttle from the Maverick Stadium. Bring engineering to life for kids, educators and parents through interactive activities.
