SCI FI The Sci-Fi club will be meeting Wednesday at 12:30 in the Auditorium. We will discuss our party coming up this Thursday and handing out t-shirts to those who haven't received them yet. Please plan on attending and participating in our panel as well. The Sci-Fi Short Story writing contest is underway. It is open to all students and faculty and will include all speculative fictional stories. If you have any questions regarding format, please see Mr. Ormond or find one of the flyers up in the hallways. The contest will conclude December 2nd and winners will be announced December 17th. Cash prizes will be given to the top 3 stories which will be judged by the Sci-Fi Presidency. Good luck and "May the odds be ever in your favor!" SENIORS REMEMBER TO COME TO YOUR SENIOR INTERVIEWS! TEACHERS If you are interested in getting a flu shot, inform the office. There will be no charge if you have insurance, and only $10 if you don’t. Shots will be given in the morning of October 27th. ISU VISIT If you are a Junior or Senior and are interested in going to Pocatello on Friday Oct. 30th to learn more about Idaho State University, please sign up in the office. There will be a bus that will leave about 7:30AM and return around 5PM. Go Bengals! BPA All those interested in BPA, please pay you $40 dues to the office and bring your receipt to Mrs. Larsen (Room 109) by Thursday, October 29. JUNIORS Apply now to participate in the Idaho Science and Aerospace Scholars program. This is an interactive online course with a NASA curriculum. Top course performers will be invited to participate in a seven day summer academy at Boise State and NASA Ames Research Center in California. See your counselor for more information.
