The first official day of track and field practice will be next Friday, February 24th . Next week, we will have preseason meetings with each grade after school.
On Tuesday, February 21st - seniors and juniors.
Wednesday the 22nd - sophomores,
Thursday the 23rd - freshman.
Each meeting will be right after school in Coach Lyon's room and will last about 30 min. If you are planning to participate, you need to be at your grade's meeting. If you cannot make it, you need to talk to either Coach Lyon or Coach Taylor as soon as possible.

Meeting THURSDAY in Mr. Allred's room at lunch time. All crew members are required to attend to discuss the duty schedule, training and our annual crew party. Crew members who do not show may be dropped from the crew. Anyone who would like to join the crew are welcome to attend, sign up, and participate. Lunch pancakes will be served.
Anyone interested in winning a Drone or how about a Bluetooth shower speaker? This is Career and Technical Education month and SEITec would like to invite you to participate in our CTE Scavenger Hunt. Get your Scavenger Hunt paper at the office today and then look for the answers to the questions on the CTE posters hung throughout the school. The papers with correct answers submitted to the office before the end of school on THURSDAY, will be placed in a drawing. You will have a chance to win a Drone or 1 of five Bluetooth shower speakers. Hurry because this contest ends Thursday.

USU COMMUNITY NIGHT
USU is having their annual Community Night on Thursday, February 23rd, 6:00 – 8:30 PM, and the Taggart Student Center. There is free parking and a shuttle from the Maverick Stadium. Bring engineering to life for kids, educators and parents through interactive activities.

SCI-FI ZOMBIE LOVE WEEK
Zombie Love week! The Sci-Fi club will be selling hearts and brains at the entrances of the lunchroom all week long. They will also be available for delivery to that special someone on THURSDAY only.
