To make a request, click on the button below. After completing and submitting the form, it will pass through approvals from your building principal and the superintendent. From there it will be received by Kevin Seamons, our transportation supervisor and he will schedule and contact you if further planning or clarification is needed. You will receive an email either confirming that the request has made it through the process, or letting you know it has been denied at some point, with an explanation of what to do next. REMINDER: You will need to fill out a request for each day transportation is wanted. Each request NEEDS to be APPROVED 10 days before the Event.
